What are the industry certifications held by your company?

Our company IS ISO TS 16949:2009 certified by Det Norske Veritas (Netherlands). Certificate No: 88280-2010-AQ-IND-IATF. Initial certification Date 8/11/2010. Valid till 14/9/2018.

How do Parabolic Springs improve off road performance?

The Parabolic Springs improve off-road performance by making the ride much softer and more enjoyable for the passengers, smoothing out corrugations and bumps. The supple nature of the springs keeps all wheels on the ground much better than conventional springs and enables the Land Rover to maintain traction in difficult terrain.

Do you supply to any OEM's in India?

Our major OEM customers in India are Mahindra & Mahindra; Mahindra Navistar; Piaggio vehicles Pvt Ltd.

Is your company capable of designing Multi Leaf and Parabolic Springs?

Our company has a design department fully capable of providing design support for both Multi Leaf and Parabolic Springs.

Is Traceability maintained in case of field failure?

Traceability is an integral part of the system. It’s maintained right from receipt of material till final dispatch. Leaf Spring assemblies are marked with batch code on requirement from customer.

Is there in-house load and life testing facility?

Company has load and fatigue testing machine for measuring load rate and determining fatigue life of springs. Every dispatch accompanies load rate reports.

Does your company have in-house raw material testing facility?

Chemical composition of raw materials is checked on Spectromaxx from Spectro Analytical instruments gmbh Germany. Company is also equipped with latest state of art technology in determining grain size; decarb; micro structure and non metallic inclusions.

Does your company have Shot Peening facility?

Company has in-house Shot Peening facility that ensures desired intensity & coverage for both Multileaf as well as Parabolic Springs.

What is the salt spray life span?

Minimum 250 hrs for acrylic; 350 hrs for PU & 500 hrs for epoxy.

Is company capable of performing design change from Multi Leaf to Parabolic?

Company's design department is fully capable of converting Multi Leaf into Parabolic Spring without effecting its fitment and functional parameters.

Is your company ISO 14001 & ISO 18001 certified?

Yes our company is ISO 14001 & ISO 18001 certified. Environment Management System - AS/NZS ISO 14001:2015 - Certificate No. - IESC201612006. Valid till 13/12/2019.

Do you manufacture Parabolic Springs?

Yes we manufacture Parabolic Springs ranging from width 40mm to 120mm & thickness from 10mm to 60mm.

Is Heatreatment done in-house or outsourced?

Company has in-house Heatreatment facility with latest state of art technology.

Does your company have in-house tool room facility?

Company has fully equipped tool room for making of tools and dies in-house.

What is the lead time for new development?

Lead time for new developments is 6 to 8 weeks.

Does your company have in-house painting facility?

Company has in-house paint booth and oven facility, depending upon the requirements springs are coated with acrylic; epoxy and urethane top coats after application of primer.

Is Shot Peening performed on all leaves?

By default company performs Shot Peening on all the leaves in an assembly pack.

What is expected life cycle of springs?

1,50,000 cycles on verification of design, amplitude & frequency.

Is Stress Peening performed on Parabolic Springs?

Based on customer requirement. Company has the capability to perform Stress Peening.

Does your spring have bushings?

Based on the customers requirement springs may or may not be fitted with bushings. Company is capable of supplying all types of steel, bronze, rubber, sintered, nylon, PU and SBB bushings.

Which is the nearest port from the manufacturing facility?

The nearest port JNPT is 60kms away.
